This information helps us when developing your design.

If you are hiring us for our award winning design service we like to have as much input from you as possible. Please complete this questionnaire and pay the $700 design fee to begin the design process. Estimated time to complete: 15-30 minutes. This form does not save, so you should plan to have enough time to complete it before you close your browser. You will want your appliance, sink information, and debit or credit card on hand. Any information you can not enter here should be discussed with our designer when they contact you.
